Growing up, Anthony was raised by his mother in a single-parent home due to his father being in and out of incarceration. Anthony attended one of the toughest inner-city schools in his area and experienced the trauma of losing friends to gang violence and incarceration at a young age. After nearly losing his own life to gun violence, Anthony decided to focus his energy on the performing arts, elevating his life and mindset. Through the power of education, therapy, and changing his environment, Anthony was able to overcome his painful past and become a success story; not a statistic.

His messages empower students to say no to destructive choices such as drugs, alcohol, negative influences, and other self-sabotaging behaviors. Anthony continues to use his voice and musical talent to be a positive role model for today’s youth. His goal is for audiences to walk away knowing they can overcome adversity and ELEVATE their mindset and life.
